Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Glowlish ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2. Services

Glowlish provides English language learning services including:

  • Online and in-person English courses with TEFL-certified instructors.
  • Small group sessions (maximum 8 students per group).
  • Accent-specific training (British, American, Australian).
  • Homework assignments, tests, and progress tracking.
  • Course center management tools for educational institutions (SaaS).

3. User Accounts

  • You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You must be at least 16 years old to use the Platform.
  • One person per account. Account sharing is not permitted.

4. Payments & Refunds

  • Course fees are listed in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) and are due before the course starts.
  • Refund requests must be made within 7 days of enrollment and before completing more than 2 sessions.
  • Free trial sessions do not require payment.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Share course materials or recordings without permission.
  • Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose.
  • Harass, abuse, or disrupt other students or instructors.
  • Attempt to access other users' accounts or data.
  • Submit plagiarized homework or use AI to complete assignments dishonestly.

6. Intellectual Property

All course content, materials, and platform design are owned by Glowlish. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

7. Course Center (SaaS) Terms

If you operate a course center on the Platform:

  • You are responsible for your students' data within your tenant.
  • Feature access is determined by your subscription plan.
  • We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

Glowlish is provided "as is." We do not guarantee specific learning outcomes. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
